Dr. Ekta Yadav: Founder of Treatments of Tomorrow

Dr. Ekta Yadav is an award-winning scientist, internationally trained medical physician, and celebrated podcast host. With five professional degrees (MD, MBA, MS, BS, BA) and numerous certifications in biomedical sciences, Dr. Yadav has established herself as a distinguished figure in the medical and scientific communities. Her journey began at the age of five when she moved to the United States, and by seven, she was already immersed in research projects.

 

Dr. Yadav's academic prowess is evident through her extensive educational background, including a BS in Biological Sciences, a BA in Biopsychology, an MS in Medical Physiology and Biophysics, and an MBA focusing on Healthcare Administration. She is also a trained general surgeon, currently focusing on biomedical research. Her research interests span neuro-oncology, immunology, microbiology, general surgery, dermatology, longevity science, and medical physiology. She has authored multiple publications in oncology, microbiology, dermatology, respiratory medicine, and breast cancer research, contributing significantly to the field.

 

Throughout her career, Dr. Yadav has been an integral part of research and development teams for industry leaders like Procter & Gamble, playing a key role in launching innovative products such as Tampax Pearl. She has also been a prolific contributor to academic literature, serving on multiple editorial boards of esteemed open-access medical journals and reviewing manuscripts for various publications.

 

Currently, Dr. Yadav leverages her medical and research expertise to spearhead initiatives addressing skin and surgery-related health concerns. Her latest project investigates the expression of Aquaporins in lung tissues in response to nanoparticle injury. As the founder of Skincare Anarchy LLC and the accompanying publication YŪGEN magazine, Dr. Yadav is renowned for bridging the gap between academic research and media-based editorial content. Her work has been featured in international media outlets such as Forbes, Business Insider, Yahoo!, Entrepreneur, ABC News, FOX News, and the Associated Press.

 

Driven by a mission to enhance medical literacy, Dr. Yadav created her podcast to explore the intersection of science, health, and everyday life. Through her podcast, she aims to democratize medical knowledge and foster a more informed society, continuing her lifelong passion for understanding the human body and its interaction with the environment.
